Brett Was Great to work with on the purchase of our new home. He tailored our viewing experience to meet our requests, and also to what he thought we would like. By the end of the first day, we found our match! Brett has an outstanding knowledge of the area and the sunshine coast community as a whole. Brett was good at reading us as people and was able to become of quick member of our team! Easy to communicate with, an open line all hours of the day, and a quick problem solver, I could not say enough about the quality of our experience with Brett. Highly Recommend!

Brett went out of his way to make our first time buying truly an enjoyable and memorable experience. His thorough research, personable approach and professionalism helped guide us into the next chapter with ease. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Brett as our realtor was great. He offered great advice, he advocated for us, he helped problem solve and ultimately helped us find a house that is what we need. I would 100% recommend Brett to anyone looking for a realtor!

My partner and I met Brett at an open house when we were just beginning our search for our vacation home on the Sunshine Coast. We knew right away that he was a great match for us. He was the perfect balance of what we look for in a working relationship: he's laid back and easy-going, flexible and accommodating with our unique needs and busy schedules, and also incredibly hard-working and very responsive. In the three months we worked together, we never had to follow up or prompt. He was always on top of it, often 2-3 steps ahead. Brett is professional, proactive, and also a nice guy to be around - an underestimated quality in a working relationship where you spend your weekends and off-time together! In the end, we purchased a home that fits our needs perfectly and at a price we're very happy with. We definitely recommend Brett, and would not hesitate to work with him again!

We worked with Brett and couldn’t be happier with our experience. He was professional, helpful, and went out of his way to accommodate our needs as buyers from the Lower Mainland. Brett is personable, easy to communicate with, and always followed through promptly on any questions we had. We highly recommend Brett to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Brett was fantastic to work with throughout the sale of our house! We appreciated his flexibility and guidance, as well as going the extra mile ensuring our vacant unit was checked upon until possession day. Would highly recommend!

Brett recently helped us purchase a new home. Throughout the entire process Brett was a pleasure to work with. He was proactive and quick to communicate at all times. We felt comfortable and in control the entire time and we are delighted with the outcome.

Brett was an amazing realtor throughout our home-buying process. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain things in detail and answer any questions we had. His calm and patient demeanor made the whole experience much less stressful. Brett was also very supportive, providing guidance at every step and ensuring we felt confident in our decisions. He responded to our questions promptly, making the entire process smooth and straightforward. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and highly recommend Brett to anyone looking to buy a home!

Brett was great! Over the couple of days we spent together looking at properties he quickly narrowed down the most important things I wanted in a home and dug deep into the local listings to provide me more than several appropriate options, one of which I chose and ultimately purchased. Brett helped me create a sense of connection with the area and local community by providing a wide range of details about the history, activities and trends along that part of the Sunshine Coast. All based on his personal experience and community involvement. Then once the actual purchase process began Brett was there at each step with answers and details on how to proceed towards the best possible results for me personally. Without a doubt Brett is the best agent I have ever worked with. Thanks so so much Brett you made one of life’s most important and potentially stressful decisions much easier to navigate. I wish I had enough money to buy another house so I could go shopping with Brett again.

I reached out to Brett to help me put in a lease offer on a commercial space in Gibsons. This was my first time going through a lease negotiation process. Brett was super supportive, ensuring my questions were heard and answered and that my needs in the negotiation process were met. I'm super grateful for Brett's patience and excellent communication skills through the whole experience. He helped me obtain the lease agreement I had hoped for!
